Awair 2nd Edition measures temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, total volatile organic compounds and fine particles. Those measurements are not a comprehensive test for every hazardous gas. This is an air-quality monitor, not a certified smoke or carbon-monoxide alarm. The original Works with Nest integration is no longer a current feature because Google ended that program in 2023. Compare the exact sensor generation and ongoing app support when buying used.
